@Eddie the most comment place to change is: APPNAME/ios/App/Pods/Target Support Files/Pods-App/Pods-App-frameworks.sh. But can have more then one xxx-frameworks.sh files depends on your project.

Please provide list of your *-frameworks.sh files. You need to make changes in all files

Try to clear build folder via xCode

Clear build folder should help after update source
