I encountered a strange issue on iPhone 14. While making a call, before somebody answers, you can hear a dialing tone. The issue is I cannot change the volume while I hear a dialing tone. Though I'm changing the phone volume by pressing the volume buttons, nothing changes. Strange thing is that the volume changes I made suddenly start working exactly the moment somebody answers the call.
