I am the Account Holder for VectorForge LLC (Team ID: WCFQ8X3RVH). I have been blocked from notarizing any macOS application since at least March 2026. Every submission is rejected with statusCode 7000:

Is there a formal appeal process for accounts in this state?
What can a developer do when both notarization and the support portal are inaccessible?
