I'm having the same problem. I was actually working on accessibility yesterday with Accessibility Inspector 5.0 (112) and simply updated my Xcode version to 13.3.1 and now you cannot access elements within the simulator. Clearly this update broke accessibility testing with the iOS simulators.

I'm having the same problem. I think ActivityKit isn't available on the iOS 16 beta yet, only simulator.

I'm having the same issue. I have the runtime, and can see the preview canvas fine. @pr0fess0r what exactly do you need to do in Security and Privacy? What permissions must be given to what application?
