The issue appeared for only some of our users after updating to iOS 15.1. For our application the issue is AppleID specific and not device specific. Resetting iPad (which had the issue) and setting it up with another AppleID fixed the issue. And when resetting the same device again and setting it up with the original AppleID, the issue came back. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
