Same issue in Japan. First uploaded binary was disappeared in App Store Connect. Second one was ok. And we received the same message. But TestFlight is ok.

I had same issue. I solved them by rebuild the frameworks as the XCFramework - https://help.apple.com/xcode/mac/current/#/dev544efab96.
