Same for me. I'm at 48 hours and counting. i did it through xcode's organiser. I resubmitted another one yesterday and that one's at 24 hours. I decided to not use xcode and went for the xcrun notarytool and submitted a .dmg version. still stuck. Now I have 3 submissions all 'In Progress' ranging from 24 hours to 72 hours. I already reached out for support but no response so far.
