Once you submit your project, you should get a confirmation via email. Also, the application will not allow you to submit twice - you will see a page with a message like "We've received your application." and have an option to withdraw your submission. So I think that your request fail and you should re-submit your project. 😊

In your place, I would send an email to just make sure that everything is fine. On the website, I can found this email: swiftstudentchallenge@apple.com. I believe that they will be helpful with your problem.

This does not seem like Swift Student Challenge problem, but more likely as understanding recursion. I would recommend reading recursive implementation on Hanoi Towe in wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tower_of_Hanoi.
