Unfortunately it hasn't been fixed for the iOS 16.1 release, now I'm seeing a lot of crashes due to this problem.

hello, sgraff I can't fixed it use your method, I select "swift-6.1-RELEASE.xctoolchain" to build preview also failed. I delete the open source version use Xcode default 16.4 version also failed.

update Xcode 26 Beta 6 Fixed it Simulators may fail to boot during the first build after upgrading macOS; rebuilding after a short wait typically resolves the issue. (152328794)
