I've had this all day as well. Both on my computer and in the pipeline. And for multiple apps.

We use pipelines in Azure DevOps. They fail after an hour. We have 4 different builds per project. Making them manually is not something I am prepared to consider. We actually need this to be fixed. The notarisation needs to be completed within 15 minutes max.
