I also have same problem. isMultiTaskingCameraAccessSupported always return false. iOS 16 beta3 + iphone13

My iPad Air5, running on iOS16 beta3, worked well, but iphone13 Not

It can work on ipad air5.I guess only M1 chip devices are supported
