I have similar problem. Im not able to update iPad 11 pro 11 inch/ Cellular iOS 14.1 Over the AiR iOS 14.2 beta. Restored to factory settings and set up as new account.

Same issue on iPad Pro 11 inch Cellular 2nd generation. OTA says "unable to check for update"-An error occurred while checking for software update
