Sign in With Apple shows this error "Sign-Up Not Completed"

We develop on iphone/ipad devices. At first we were unable to use the 'Apple login' function, and no error is sent to the ASAuthorizationControllerDelegate


After re-checking the 'Sign in with Apple' option on the account, we can login successfully, but the Apple reviewer shows failure and Review rejected. Is there any difference?

Sign in with Apple does not differentiate between debug and production environments. I'd suggest following up with the App Store Review team directly to resolve your app rejection.
