How can we obtain previous versions of Mac OS?

We used to be able to download previous versions of Mac OS or OS X that we had previously installed, from the App Store / Purchased Apps listing.

Now when I go into my listing of purchased apps under my account in the App Store, all the previous versions of Mac OS that used to show there are now gone.

I have also found that the direct links in this and related support articles is broken:

I have also checked the downloads area on my Apple Developer account, and no previous versions of Mac OS are listed there either.

Please help!

The link in the support page works for me, it opens the App Store and you can start the download from it.
