"Xcode was unable to read the required data from the device." --> This error shown when I run my code.

I am using Xcode 11.3, macOS catalina 10.15. I have update my iOS from 14.0 to 14.3 . And after this xcode can not install the app after build success. The mentioned error pop-up. I have tried every possible solution mention link below --> https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38963815/xcode8-0-beta-6-unable-to-read-from-device

Generally, Xcode 11.x cannot run apps on iOS 14.x devices.
Have you tried installing Xcode 12? You can install both Xcode 11.x and Xcode 12.x on the same Mac running Catalina.

Yes, I've tried installing Xcode 12 as well, but this also give error with notification "The archive Xcode_12.xx.xip" is damaged and can't be expanded.

It seems there has been some networking issue. Better try downloading again when your network environment is free enough.
You can download Xcode12.3.xip from More Downloads page directly.
Which may tell you more info about downloading.

Actually I have some restriction, I can not connect my device to network. So I was trying to install without any Internet connection in my device. Can you please tell me without network connection, if there is a way to overcome the problems and install them ?

Sorry, no way. To extract xip file, you need to connect to internet and communicate with Apple's server.
