Yesterday I tried to install this Big Sur system update. At some point it wanted to restart the computer and after that there came quite a long loading screen with lots of waiting time. I went to sleep and for my surprise it was still in the same loading screen with ”less than one minute remaining” when I woke up and nothing happens. I have tried to reboot the system but it gets stuck in the same sitiuation after 25 minutes. Now I am basically stuck in this endless boot-loop.
I have tried some different reboots when holding some keys, but they wont work either. I can get to this hard disk / target disk mode or restore point to year ago but that is it. Any suggestions what to do? This is very frustrating.
