Hit there I want to create an app that downloads and lists musics from internet with it download link where should I start?
(I know swift and Xcode)

where should I start?

Do you mean for developing the app ?
If so, what are your initial problems ?
Do you mean legally ?
If it is for an app on the Appstore, I would first check to have the rights to download the music.
Do you mean commercially ?
Look at all similar apps on the appstore and check if you have something specific to make your app attractive.
