IOS 14.4.1 not working w/BMWX32020

Why isn't the new updated 14.4.1 not working with the BMWX3 2020. I updated the week of 3/7 and now I can't get Apple Play or the phone to synch. I have to delete the device and start all over each time I start the car.
Plus, when I try to make a call, it disconnects and won't let me call using the car speaker.
Note: I have an iPhone6s (worked just fine before the update)

BMW tells me it's an Apple issue. BMW doesn't update at their end.

Can the developer please fix!! everything was fine up until this last update. Other cars are also having this issue.

That's not a question for the forum (no one here has the power to change iOS or your BMW software).
Note: did you test in another car ?

You'd better either:

wait for a new iOS release
contact Apple Support
file a bug report.

It's a fair question to the forum, as perhaps there is a workaround.
You just answered some other steps I can take to hopefully, resolve the issue. :)
So...how do you file a bug report?

When I said "not a question for the forum", it is just because forum is about development, not use of products; even though someone may have experienced the same issue and provide some help, this forum is not the right place : there would be a risk to saturate forum with questions on products at the detriment of real developers needs. So we should all refrain from this.

So...how do you file a bug report?
