I made an AR app but it keeps saying that I need to verify the bundle id. How do I do that?

Is there anyway I could get someone to do the app for me or not?

I am making this app not just for the App Store but for the WWDC scholarship aswell

Can you give some more information...
What have you used as your app's Bundle ID?
Does the App ID show correctly on Apple Developer?

Yes.
It is possible to get people to develop apps for you, for example, by paying them to do so.
