I held the screen for a screenshot but I am unable to actually proceed.

In normal case, the year selected by the user should be displayed in the TextField of the screen popup.

I want to know why the bar button text of UIPickerView is popped up on the iPhone.

I did not enter the code that pops up the Bar Button text of PickerView.

Are there any iphone settings related to this?

I don't understand what you do, what you get, what you expect.

Is it in an app you developed or just the use of screen capture on iPhone ?

If just plain screen capture, that's not a question for the forum but for Apple support (see the link at the bottom of the page).
