Hello All, I am working on Wireless Emergency Alerts and can't seem to find or understand what criteria is used to determine if options are displayed or not. A US carrier not purchasing Apple devices through Apple and inbound roaming SIMS on the US carrier not purchasing Apple devices properly do not have the options under Settings-Notifications-Government Alerts. That same carrier roaming on Major Carriers like T-MO or AT&T in other markets has the Government Alert options. So it would seem the SIM does not determine alerts but the attached Network. Any help would be appreciated.
Wireless Emergency Alerts "Options"
what criteria is used to determine if options are displayed or not.
For my understanding, what 'options' do you mean ?
Could this AT&T doc provide useful indo ?

Thank you for your reply. The criteria where I am finding the Government Alerts Amber, Presidental, etc... is the attached network. So I am trying to determine if it is signaling from the network or iOS determines to allow these settings to be visual or not or active or not based on Attached Network ID versus SIM Carrier ID.
