Can someone help with my issue, I updated to ios 14.5.1 and my phone is overheating and restarting while charging.

I got the same issue. My phone is iPhone 8 Plus and now it’s burning hot on the back with or without charging after 14.5 and 14.5.1. Can someone help? I r really regret update the iOS.
