Is it possible to use and debug SharePlay through the iOS Simulator like with iMessage apps?

SharePlay currently requires a device that can be signed into FaceTime. However, if you can build your app for Catalyst then you can use your Mac as one participant in the activity.

Similar question: I only have one iPhone and want to test the SharePlay integration for my app. Is there a way to use the iOS simulator to do dev testing?

No! As far as I tested, it is required to test it on an actual device!
