Hi I’m 14 and planning to participate in next years swift student challenge (wwdc2022) in the terms and conditions for the challenge it says.Be registered for free with Apple as an Apple developer or be a member of the Apple Developer Program. my doubt is where and how do I regester for free as an apple developer?
Swift student challenge
Hi! You are an Apple Developer if you have created and linked your AppleID to developer.apple.com. If you pay the 99USD member ship then you will automatically be a member of Apple Developer Program. But I highly doubt, if they would let you because of the age constraint.

I want to clarify this because I think that @ameys is talking about the Apple Developer Program here, not the Swift Student Challenge. While I can’t comment on The Future™, historically the Swift Student Challenge has been open to younger students. The WWDC 2021 page is still up and it has the age details for last time.

I found this page that outlines the differences between the memberships, it looks like all you need is an Apple ID. Also, since you are posting on the developer forums, you might’ve already done whatever you need to get the free developer account. Are you able to log in to this website with your Apple ID? https://developer.apple.com/download/
@Graphics and Games Engineer it says your not eligible to use this application at this time and where does the challenge come ….does it come in swift playground app or is it a form somewhere…. I think cause I’m only 14 it’s not allowing me to sign in or enrol in anything
