I have searched the net on this but I didn't find an issue similar to this.

Screen saver is not enabled.

It just started to suddenly appear on my screen. 

It is very annoying especially when I am working on somthing.

Please help. Thank you. 

PS I've been trying to attach screen shots but the function to attach is not working. I've embedded the images in a document but the function to attach files is not working.

Please help immediately because it has been preventing me to work efficiently. The quote keeps on appearing on my screen and it stays there for 2 minutes. Then after a while, a new quote will appear.

Is the image in png format ?

It does work. Just click on the icon below and select "Add image"
