New MacOS 12.x CANNOT connect to iOS 13.x and below

Hi Apple Developers,

I have an issue with the latest macOS. After upgrading to macOS Monterey 12.x (ex: macOS 12.1), my MacBook and Xcode cannot detect iOS 13.x (ex: iPhone 8Plus iOS 13.1.2) and below version. It's just charged when plugging a USB cable into MacBook.

Please help me to fix this issue.
