I want to develop an iOS app that allows the user to apply tags to all their other existing iOS apps. Then, within the app, they'd be able to search and filter the apps by their tags and other information. Finally, once the user finds the app they're looking for, they should be able to click on it and be taken to it.
It would basically be a more robust version of the iOS home screen with better search functionality.
Is this possible to make, given the most recent version of iOS and Apple's guidelines?
