I emailed Apple Support about this to change my username. I was told as of right now there is no ability to alter the usernames on the forum. 🫥

Yep. This is documented in Apple Developer > Support > Developer Forums:
Usernames are visible to anyone viewing the forums and cannot be changed later.

The fact that this is documented does not change that this basic functionality is missing. The problem is the forum username is attached to the developer account and you can't just create a new one! Please fix.
