App name without spaces | Correct language not showing

Dear developers,

Can anyone helps us?

Our app is not showing it's name correctly, after being downloaded. The app's name has no spaces, when it should have.

Also, the language should be showing primarily as Portuguese, but is showing only as English.

We don't know how to fix it.

Can anyone please help us?

For the issue of missing spaces, is this when the system adds a small dot in front of the app name? (After installing from App Store or TestFlight.) The system will try to compress your app name to accommodate it and may remove spaces. When there’s no dot (the normal case) then the name should look the same as it did during development.
