How to debug WatchOS 8.6 in XCode?

Got "Could not locate the device support files" and do not see where I can download them... XCode 13.4.1.

Am I supposed to upgrade the watch to 9.x beta? As I understand, that will require iPhone to also be upgraded to beta and I cannot do that now...

Please advise...

I am also having an issue with XCode 13.4.1. My watch is running 8.7 which is supposed to be supported in SDK v8.6 but I don't have 8.6 listed in /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/WatchOS.platform/DeviceSupport.
