Hi,

I am building an app that provides digital touristic guides. For now, some are free, some are premium and you have to go to a partner to unlock them through a code and then have access to it on the app. I want to be able to monetize some of the guides. Do I have to use In-App purchase (IAP) in my app ?

I am unclear whether the digital service that I want to sell is within the IAP conditions or not...

If the content is "delivered in the app", it must use IAP. It sounds to me like what you want to do does require IAP.
