Xcode 14 Beta not responding on macOS Ventura

I recently downloaded macOS Ventura and the newest Xcode 14 beta from 8/8/22. Any time I try to open an existing project or create a new one, Xcode just hangs on the loading indicator. In the force quit window it states that Xcode is not responding.

I have tried deleting all derived and developer data, I have uninstalled and installed Xcode multiple times, restarted my computer, and nothing seems to work.

I also tried going back to Xcode 13, but I can't open that since I downloaded the new macOS. Stuck between a rock and a hard place here.

Any suggestions?

I unfortunately have the same problem.

I have the same problem and I can't seem to find a solution

Facing same issue. Any solution I can try?

Just chiming in that I'm experiencing the same thing on Xcode 14.2, Ventura 13.1, M1 Mac. Apple where are you? I got it to work once by re-installing. Before hanging it would take me through the set up screens and I created a new project instead of opening an old one. This prompted me to re-enter my apple id and then I was able to open an old project. Not sure why this worked and it only worked for about a week, now it's hanging again.

I'm pretty lost on what to do. Just upgraded to Ventura and installed Xcode 14.2/14.0.... all not responding.
