VPN causes CarPlay to not work

Configuring a VPN with includeAllNetworks causes CarPlay / Netflix Cast [to fail]

That sounds eminently bugworthy to me.

I was wondering if Apple ever ended up fixing that bug you submitted. It looks like I'm still able to reproduce it on my end, and I'm connected via a Type-C cable.
