I cannot download new IOS update to my 14 Pro Max. Message says cannot connect try again. No luck with repeated tries and restarting phone.

If you're after the latest iOS update to 16.1 beta 2, I also had this issue.
This worked for me:
- Go to the Software Downloads website and download it to your Mac.
- Open a Finder window for your iPhone.
- Hold down the Option key and click the "Check for Update..." button, and choose your downloaded .ipsw file.
