Ventura beta 5 and later doesn’t work with external monitor usb-c to HDMI on Mac book air M1 2020. Does someone decide this problem?

Same issue over here. I had the public beta 7 (22A5358e) and after the update, I lost the secondary display that I used with a type-c HDMI dongle. Apple must do something about this cause I think a lot of people are having this problem. I found this on Reddit.
