Apple Server Notification

Hi All.

We am doing implementation Apple Notification Server version 2.

We can see in the documentation this: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreservernotifications/responsebodyv2decodedpayload

In the response, we will have a JSON with this key "signedPayload" but we cannt see always in enviroment SANDBOX this key.

For we can pass to Producction, we want know if this is right, or we will have that change code.
