Where is the Sign in with Apple. (in capabilities) in xcode 14?

Hello @Andii_. You should find it in your project's Signing & Capabilities tab. Add a capability (using the plus button at the top), and enter "Sign In with Apple" (or scroll toward the bottom of the list).

If you're not seeing it, can you post a screenshot of what you do see?

I solved this issue by changing the team from a Personal Team to None.
