I deleted the main by mistake and this appeared to me when I tried to run the project is there a solution to this error

Have you deleted the storyboard called Main? If so, the only way to make it work again is to put it back (maybe from a backup?). If you've lost it - oh dear - you'll have to create a new storyboard and start again.
