Xcode 14 hangs frequently on Ventura

In addition to all the slow build after updating to Xcode 14, after I updated my OS to Ventura(13.1), Xcode has been hanging super frequently with the loading indicator. It happens most often when I search for a keyword and try to click on a result to jump to it (100% reproducible on first try). Wonder if anyone else has encountered this and if there are any mitigation methods, or does newer versions of Xcode resolves this issue? I didn't see anything mentioning this in the change log so not sure if I should try updating.

I'm using M1 Macbook Pro, Xcode 14.0.1 and coding with Swift.

@satkdev is your Time Machine backup running at that point in time? Also next time this happens go to activity monitor and check network usage

I don't have Time Machine setup on this computer. I don't see anything alarming in the network usage when this happens.

This mac does not have Time Machine configured at all. I observed the activity monitor but didn't see any special network usage when this happens.
