i cant open my existing projects but i can create a new project. xcode version is 14.2

Please explain more precisely the steps and the error messages you receive.

You do not open: does it crash ? Is it a storyboard problem ? Is it UIKit or SwiftUI ?

dont crash but its not responding and freezing. I am using xcode for c programming.
