Frequent WeatherKit 401 Errors

I am attempting a migration from Darksky to WeatherKit and am finding that my requests often fail with a 401 including a reason NOT_ENABLED and response_headers LS_MAP_FIELDS.

Most of the time these requests succeed after one or more retries so it doesn't seem like I actually have anything set up incorrectly on my end and this maybe an issue on the WeatherKit side.

I am having this same problem with the WeatherKit REST API. Sometimes the API calls work, sometimes I get a 401 on a valid jwt. It seems to have gotten worse in the last week or so. This is super frustrating because it is causing a bad user experience which is causing subscribers to cancel.
