After I clicked on the 'Apply now' button on this page: [https://developer.apple.com/wwdc23/swift-student-challenge/)

I was prompted to sign into my developer account. Once I completed signing in, this is the page I see: [https://developer.apple.com/contact/apple-id/)

Where do I go now to apply for the Challenge? I am very lost :(
