I have the latest iOS 17 Developer Beta on my iPhone for testing my mobile app.
My iPhone 11 Pro is stuck with the Apple logo displaying and disappearing/persistently restarting. I put it in recovery mode and received a dialog to Update the software to 16.5, but was unsuccessful. I think because I am already on 17 beta, that it will not allow me to downgrade? I visited an Apple Genius appointment, they confirmed it is a software issue (not hardware), and they were also unable to update or restore my iPhone taking the recovery mode steps provided here - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263 and https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203282.
Each time they attempted to restore or update my iPhone is appeared like it would work (when plugged into the computer), but sadly provided an error message (4013) each time.
They told me to contact the beta developer team to downgrade my software.
Nothing is backed up on my device, so I'm really hoping I can get some help on this thread and continue to test my app.
