I'm close to distributing my first app to thet AppStore and I have an important question: my app is iPhone-only, but how can I optimize it for an iPhone 7 Plus as well as an iPhone 5? Because right now, my app is only optimized for iPhone 7.

Do you mean support other screen sizes or other processors, or...?
There is no simple lever, as the details depend on your UI and your code.

To optimize an app to several kinds of devices follow some points: Reduce application size Enhance memory usage Improve performance Optimize offline mode and so on.
