Hello fellow developers,
I've encountered an issue that I'm having a hard time solving. After successfully uploading a new build of my app (com.cabbuddy.app) to App Store Connect, I can't test it via TestFlight.
When attempting to install the app on a device through TestFlight, I'm greeted with the error: "Could not install app. Your request couldn't be completed."
The device logs show the following error message:
<Error>: Cannot get app record for BundleID com.cabbuddy.app: The operation couldn\M-b\M^@\M^Yt be completed. (OSStatus error -10814.)
What I've Tried:
- Verified that the Bundle ID in Xcode matches exactly with what's registered in the Apple Developer portal.
- Validated the Provisioning Profile and Certificates are correctly configured.
- Re-invited testers to ensure they have access to the latest build.
- Confirmed that the device is compatible with the version of the application.
- Checked that the TestFlight app is correctly installed and signed in with the appropriate Apple ID.
