Hi.oper. I am just looking for an answer from the Apple developers. I want to know when I allow a photo editing app to have an access to my photo library, is it allowed to access my photos only when being actively used or all the time, even in the background and if it runs in the background? How do I know that it's running in the background and backing up my pictures on its server?
