Since the Org assigned MacBook was updated to Sonoma 14.2, System Settings app would open up for a split second navigate to Privacy & Security tab and then close, this happens every 5 minutes or so which is quite frustrating.

I can see lot of error logs related to SystemPrivacyExtension, let me know which logs you would be interested to see. I would attach them.
