I strugge to make the app icon appear in the simulator and on a physical test device. Currently only the placeholder icon is shown. Using Xcode 15.4 and visionOS 1.2
If configured which app icon to use under Targets/[my app]/General:
And in assets theres my visionOS app icon:
Why is the app icon not used? Am I missing something or is this an Xcode bug?
Update: Shows on test device but simulator is still only showing the placeholder icon

I have been trying to fix this - thanks for your post. I realized I had not yet typed in my app's icon name in Targets/[my app]/General App Icon section.
the placeholder text in there was "App Icon" and I just assumed it was "AppIcon" which is the actual name of my app's icon set.
