Text(...).textSelection(.enabled) does not work on iPhone and iPad, but works on Mac.

What do you mean by "does not work"? I'll need more information such as the code you're using and the expected vs actual behaviour you are seeing.
Also have a read of the documentation to see the usage and expected behaviour on both iOS and macOS.
