This is the log on the publisher side.

Publisher discovered the subscriber, but could not pair. Follow up is sent with response rejected

I presume you’re talking about the Building peer-to-peer apps sample code here. If so, and if that’s not working for you, the next step is to file a bug about that. Either it’s a problem with the OS or a problem with the sample, but either way it’s bugworthy.

Please post your bug number, just for the record.

Make sure to include info about the devices you’re using and the specific OS release you have installed. Also, grab a sysdiagnose log from both devices and attach it to the bug. See our Bug Reporting > Profiles and Logs for more info about sysdiagnose logs.
